On 8 May 2026 the KWG took place at the CWI in Amsterdam. It was an informative and pleasant afternoon with lectures and various awards. Mike van Santvoort, Jesse Reimann, Floris Roodenburg, Joris van Winden and Syver Døving Agdestein presented their work for the KWG PhD price, which was eventually won by Jesse Riemann. A catchy lecture on "mathematic folding" was given by Mar Curco Iranzo. Two awards were then awarded: in Indagationes Mathematicae Best Paper Award went to Martin Auer, and the Stieltjesprijs to Mike Daas.
