Every year, the editor of KWG's scientific journal Indationes Mathematicae chooses the best article published in the previous year in Indationes Mathematicae. The prize is awarded to the winning author at the Dutch Mathematical Congress and consists of a eulogy by the editor-in-chief of Indationes Mathematicae, a lecture by the winning author or by one of the winning authors, a cash prize of 1000 euros made available by KWG and Elsevier, and reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs for the speaker.
