On 7 and 8 April 2026, the KWG and our sister associations from Belgium (BMS) and Luxembourg (SML) jointly organize the BeNeLux Mathematical Congress (BMC) in Antwerp. The programme includes four plenary lectures, poster presentations and various parallel sessions.

The BMC will return to various parts that normally have a place at the NMC, such as the Brouwer lecture, the award of the KWG Poster Prize and the general meeting of the KWG. More information will follow soon. Keep an eye on the website for updates: BMC page on the BMS website .

Some parts, including the KWG PhD Prize and the Indationes Mathematicae Best Paper Award, will not take place at the BMC. A special KWG afternoon will be organised in the autumn of 2026.

Proposals for parallel sessions can already be submitted for the BMC. The deadline for this is September 30, 2025. More information can be found here.
