We are pleased to announce a new initiative for young mathematicians: Our company visits! On Thursday 12 March we organize our first joint company visit to Deltares and VORtech In Delft. PhD students, postdocs and university lecturers get a look behind the scenes at two important companies active at the intersection of applied mathematics, technology and innovation.

The visit includes presentations, guided tours and the opportunity to meet professionals working on exciting projects. We start at 12:00 at VORtech and then cycle together to Deltares for the second part of the event. We close around 4:30 p.m. with a drink. Afterwards we want to have dinner together in a nice restaurant in Delft to get to know each other better!

As both organisations can only receive a limited number of groups, there is room for up to 15 participants. Members of the Dutch Mathematics Association KWG get priority (you can join here).
