Additions to the KWG library are rare and therefore deserve special attention!

On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, the UvA's special printing collection was devoted to the addition of the lectures of the Schögt couple to the bookshop. After a word of welcome from the curator and an introduction by the former inspector of the bookshop, in the presence of some descendants of the Schogt family, the new acquisition was presented. This includes the effects of lectures by leading Dutch mathematicians such as Korteweg and Brouwer.
