Last Saturday the Wintersymposium 2026 was well attended with over 100 participants. This year's symposium centered around networks: from social connections and epidemics to tumor cells and artificial intelligence. The four speakers — Michel Mandjes, Clara Stegehuis, Mike van Santvoort and Antske Fokkens — each took the audience through the mathematical side of these themes. The talks left plenty to think and talk about during the breaks.
